Yes, i do believe Kissinger was evil personified, he was the most useful tool they had. He had clout and then some.
I`m pondering now about who they might have groomed to take his place, quite possibly Blair, another one groomed by them.

You see Urban, just because one dies or better still gets "bumped off", it means nothing to these people.
