I had to talk a few friends in off of the ledge myself.
I don't do politics, it's ruined so many relationships and my family-and it's why people feel comfortable coming to me for solace.
The powers that be want us divided and we're allowing them power over us, it's ridiculous at best.

These are wise words and I myself try to keep politics out of the conversation. But here in the Netherlands, everyone (90%) is really indoctrinated against Trump. So a positive post about the elections and the election of Trump is enough for some to end years of friendship. Thank you Michelle!!!! 🙏🙏

I know this to be true as in 2016 I lost a handful of friends.
I was devastated, and then I realized that no true friend would abandon you based on voting for Trump.
I will never, ever again put politics above my love for my fellow man or family.
