We did not grow up holding phones in front of our faces all the time! We had to learn the multiplication tables, we can make change on a cash register, we can cook at home, change a tire, hunt and field dress a deer and cook it properly, change the oil in our cars, climb trees, give someone a compliment without worrying it will trigger someone, and we know the differences between a man and a woman! We can read and write cursive, and we can read and write actual letters.

I remember the third party phone lines where everyone in the town knew your business by noon 🤣
