Silence when witnessing or knowing an evil is acceptance of that evil. Being meek is in itself an evil act because turning the other cheek is not wanting to acknowledge that evil exist. That said, all things in this sphere Reconcile and Reciprocate achieving Balance. Karma is the Judgement that qualifies and quantifies all energetic exchanges between all whether good or evil aka the cycle of Life/Gaia.
