God made the human heart to long for love and acceptance. Many look to the world and other people, join gangs, join cults, act out in outlandish ways etc seeking that love and acceptance. The only Way to fullfill that spiritual need within us, is by the love and acceptance that comes to us from God alone.
For God so LOVED the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever BELIEVES in Him, shall not perish, but have eternal life.
The individual choice is ours. Accept that kind of love from God or reject it. Keep looking to the world for love, or rest in the peace of God's love for us by trusting and believing in all He has already done for us.
