I’ve just had a quick look on Earth TV live cam. Can someone please tell me what they are building outside the White House? Is this for the inauguration? If it is,then why are they building it in October, that’s about 3 months away!

See Qrash the Matrix channel on Telegram. She did a deep dive on this subject today. Looks like it is a parade stand that gets built routinely for the inauguration. Even went back and showed articles that say when they start building it.
