When the new system comes on line, all financial institutions must be Basel 3 compliant and ISO20022 ready to accept the change. Everything will go through Blockchain technology. This is also awesome, cause there can be NO skulduggery and everything will be transparent. SO, If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear.
