When the new system comes on line, all financial institutions must be Basel 3 compliant and ISO20022 ready to accept the change. Everything will go through Blockchain technology. This is also awesome, cause there can be NO skulduggery and everything will be transparent. SO, If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear. It's OK to be scared of change. The CARES act is nothing to fear. Cabal forces will incite fear uncertainty and doubt in this system.
The easiest way to explain this is such:
The system we have in place now is a DEBT based system. With the introduction of taxes on spending and transacting, the value of the FIAT currency has eroded to ZERO. This will be replaced by Rainbow currency. We will still have cash but different. Now everything has to be asset backed and will have limited supply. YES we are converting to Digital assets. This is awesome and nothing to fear even though there are detractors out there. We are going to an ASSET backed system that gains value over time with a flat tax of 17% on non-essential items.
