Colorado has all mail-in ballots, so no ID needed to return a ballot. You have to be registered to get an official ballot. Supposedly the signature is verified once the ballot is returned. But we suspect that there have been suspicious activities in the machines. Tina Peter's was the one to expose this part of the monkey business.
