LOL ... Back just prior to the WWW rollout and everything was email based when people were finding out about Echelon it became practice to put all manner of 'keywords' in our signature lines that were considered of the type that might red-flag our emails requiring humans to read them and then go about discussing and sharing files of all manner of stuff we were finding out about the government, mkultra, financial corruption, drug running, assassinations .. general 'conspiracy' stuff .. y'know same as we do now. Nothing illegal or anything like that.
It was hoped, perhaps naively, that these lower level grunts that had to read our stuff as a result might learn what's really going on ... and who knows ... maybe get 'educated' .. ;)
