My sister who’s an echocardiogram tech called me about my brother who’s been living with her. He’s been bed ridden with the flue for 4 days. I told her to take peels from 2 grapefruit and lemon bring them to boil, simmer for 3 hours with lid on and let it cool to room temperature. Told her it’s an ancient flue recipe and works every time. She said she will do it. Because she’s medical I didn’t tell her it’s HCQ

May I ask you, How much water do you use? I think I've read that one should simmer it with Indian tonic because of the quinine. Would one bottle be enough?

I use 2 grapefruit and 2 lemon. Both peeled and boil and simmer peels. I use enough water to cover them , kinda hard cause they float,but Iif you cover it and let steam go back into liquid you’ll have good medicine
I made it last year with orange peel- it was so nasty-2 hours later I was getting well. Now I take quercitin/ bromelain capsules daily.
