I am going with God's plan for all creation, which includes everything, including human population (He told us to "be fruitful and multiply") and stuff like "carrying capacity." A population map on the earth shows people are nowhere near capacity. Be careful (discerning) of what decades of brainwashing by the bad guys might make you think.
