So basically this is the scenario:
☆Make a hurricane using patented devices
☆Steer this hurricane to a specific area where it can create enormous land and human/ animal/environmental devastation
☆Withold and turn away post disaster help to increase suffering/death and and a level of control ( want help then leave the land)
☆Confiscate the devastated land
☆ Mine for Lithium to make billions of dollars for the " elites."
☆Install a presidential candidate whose husband has investments with companies like Blackrock and Vanguard
☆Rig the election so the installed candidate wins and gains extreme wealth
☆This puppet POTUS is now very easy to control

i am sure the right people know and i can almost say without hesitation the plan will take care of ALL of it. it seems dire now but it aint gonna happen.
