Yes.
According to an article Kris Williams posted:
"The main house remained undamaged by the storm - but downed trees and buildings in the low-laying Biltmore Village were flooded"
Click on the link below and there's a photo of the Biltmore and it looks intact. The only obvious damage is a fallen tree in the foreground.
