Hollywood has brainwashed us to believe you should never drink saltwater or you will go crazy. I imagine it may be true if you drink it instead of freshwater when you are dehydrated.
I tried it a few times by dissolving sea salt in distilled water. It was ok but then forgot about doing it.

Personally drinking salty water makes me nauseous. 🤮 zNo matter how healthy it may be I can’t stomach it. Just like apple cider vinegar. Yuck!
