Chances are yes....but she could have a thyroid issue too. My friend, who was female, had an Adam's apple and got teased for it. Found out later on that she had a thyroid issue and had to get on medication for it.
There is a HUGE difference in a thyroid goiter from Graves disease and an Adam's apple! 😉
