*Two* beasts were shown John as he described in Rev 13. While the first arising from the sea has received ALL the attention the 2nd has slipped by unexamined to any depth .. rarely even mentioned. The devil has carefully gone about hiding AMERICA's role in that book from the church.

And because of that even the correct identity of the first is known and understood by only a tiny fraction of the church today.
