I live in Las Vegas and lately i have seen the special force helicopters flying over neighborhoods. Sure the National Guard in full dress on the strip & casinos is a heads up to visitors, military is in charge. My deceased grandson was Army National Guard and he said plain clothes NG have been activated since 2013 in US cities.
