The Hells Angels & local 1% percent outlaw bikers are quiet on the events taking place as Colorado is a democratic state & the bikers are avoiding RICO laws by talking & not admitting retaliation is coming.
From inside the U S. Prisons the 23s (Woods/White U S. Gang system) are in anger through California prisons & Colorado as several of their families have been threatened in Aurora Colorado by the Venezuela gangs who have been placed by the cartels & CIA. The anger is growing through the Hells Angels chapters as the innocent U S. Citizens are attacked and they know behind the scenes.. The DNC. CIA operations are pulling the strings to create civil war. This all came about after Trump made statements the U.S. military have been secretly training Mexican nationals to combat cartels & sending these military trained Mexicans back to Mexico to form military divisions to go after the cartels & Mexican CIA corrupted government.

I seriously doubt there is any truth to this 81 rumor. If there was any meat on this bone we wouldn't hear about it until after the dust up. Probably not even then.

Actually, it goes along with what I've read and heard.
Trump is CIC, but he has to do it from a distance, behind the scenes.

I think they are indeed manipulating the weather, but, as a tool to hide, not attack... however the end result feels like an attack.
Everytime they move or change the weather, they create an anomalous event elsewhere.
That butterfly effect.
At the center of every one of those wind anomalies, is water, a tank, wash, river, lake, it mat not even be on the surface but underground water...
Water seems to be a crucial element in directing the weather. I think they combine it with 5G to direct cells around, to hide what is going on above us.
They cannot afford to have us running screaming in the streets.
So far, they have done a pretty good job of keeping us looking down, and occupied.
