More government control…..went to a new doctor here in Texas the other day and one of the forms you have to fill out is something new……..a consent form giving them and and others access to your immunization records, should the need arise! Of course, you can withdraw your consent at any time, (sounds like the same old “you can keep your doctor” ploy), but there is no place on the form that allows you to say “No thank you” or simply “go to hell!” It appears to be a pre-cursor to a tracking system (step 1) to a vaccination card that they continue to push…….this one is connected to Texas Health Resources which now owns many of the hospitals here. This form was part of the online check-in for your appt and doesn't allow you to go to the next page until you sign the form so I just ignored it, went to my appt! Bottom line is……I WILL NOT COMPLY!
