My brother lives in a wooded area and has bird and squirrel feeders. Friends bring him baby squirrels that need rescue. He has cared for a few that still visit him once he releases them. It's pretty cool.

Here’s a baby squirrel, we named Sandy. I found Sandy on my deck after a tropical storm. The other littermates had died. I carried out round the clock care for 4 or 5 days until I turned Sandy over to a wildlife rehab.
