I had to read that a few times my brain would not let me but those word together
Then the Senate should face homicide charges if those children die.
If a hospital refuses to give care to a newborn child no matter what the situation is then an alternative medical group should be allowed to step in and save the lives of these children and be given full rights over the welfare of these children.
