Years ago, before I was disabled, I would print flyers and hand them to people in shopping lots.
Also went into stores, asked for permission to hang them up on their bulletin boards and the result: When I held meetings where I would give lectures and people attended the meetings for information and support.
If I could, I'd be printing documents like this one you've posted and I'd hand them out.
I always hope someone would do this, because it reaches people who aren't paying attention.

I hope these people burn in hell for eternity.
