Update on a couple of items I started adding to my daily routine that have helped me get past severe leg cramps and worsening neuropathy.

Boron (I added before and mentioned, but upped the dosage to 9mg per day) (started with 1 capsule of 3mg to begin with)

Added Spirulina and Chlorella (4 little tablets introduced but might increase if I need to)

Ended up introducing back in the Magnesium Oxide again 500mg
to the Magnesium Gylcate 400mg

and decided to add in Potassium (added at first by having a banana in the morning and one at night for a little while) (Now added in a capsule of 99mg)

and added in some anti-oxidants

And I have successfully stopped the leg pain, cramps, and even the achilles heal problem that had begun).

All in all, feeling better, able to sleep better now, and better mobility without the pain to walk!

I just wanted to let you all know the progress and things are doing well with these additions.

I still have a couple more possible additi

Have you tried B12? I get neuropathy in my ankles, and a 1000mg seems to deal with it.

Yes, daily Vit has it, but I will have to check the amounts

TY!!!

PS I forgot to say I only take it when I need it, I would say, maybe twice a week right now.

It passes through the body, so there is no build up, I would try different doses, building to find the one that works the quickest.

Any excess gets expelled, so it does not build up in the body, if you take too large a dose, you just pee it out... so its more a cost thing to find the right dose than anything else. 😁

TY!!! Yes, that is how I introduce things as well! Little by little, Docs, pharmacists, and anyone around here seems to be not very knowledgeable on things, so it is self and through friends that we learn how to solve any problems! IMHO

But that is Great to know, that is next on my step to figuring things out! I understand the doses and what is working, but need to find a way that I do not build up too much of things if the excess doesn't come out, otherwise that wouldn't be healing too!

Every once in a while though I come off everything for a few days or so, to let my body breathe and re-calibrate so to speak. I learned early on that one could do this, if they make one come off all supplements and medicines either a week or a day before any surgeries. I had two detached retnas over 5-6 years ago and I was told to go off everything for the surgeries. Besides, one is not supposed to be on any medicine or supplement for life, or shouldn't be if things were ideal in this world. IMHO

Yes, clensing the system, this is beneficial. Lots of water too... I know lots if trips to the bathroom 😁

I forgot to say too - potassium is good for cramps - bananas. I don't get cramps very often - usually when I am dehydrated, but my Mum has for years, and she eats a banana and that seems to stop them. You could look at a potassium supplement as well as the B12.

My husband takes a multi vitamin daily, I have never been so inclined, I prefer to just do the B12, on its own, my body prefers that it seems.

I tried magnesium to improve my sleep - but that did not seem to do anything, so, still working on that. 😁
