Between business, capital gains and personal taxes we will pay out HUNDREDS of thousands of $$ by the end of this year.
Believe me...we do not WANT to do that.
However, I do not count myself as learned or skilled in this matter. That seems to be the key.
In addition, I do not personally know anyone who has had success on the path of refusal to pay. In fact, just the opposite. I know a doctor who (about 10 yrs ago) tried his hand at fighting back.
They made his life a living hell..and he ended up in jail for a time, lots of fines, then finally had a stroke from all the stress.
Maybe things are different now.

I was already set up on a payment plan and making payments to them but as soon as I got a large deposit for a job I'm working on they took it. That leaves me with no money to complete the job, can't buy materials can't pay for permits and can't afford to pay on regular bills

It sounds like you need to set up a second account at a local credit union that they do not know about so you can do business.
The big banks might be in on the whole thing.

obviously do not own a business or understand how relentless they are. Now they are supposedly 'armed' as well. Its no joke.
I'm working 2 jobs now 7 days a week, no time off. I get about 5-6 hours of sleep.
