Oh and I forgot to include I was on a payment arrangement and not only did they wipe out my account after the deposit was made but they also took another payment after the amount had been paid off which is completely corrupt so even though I was on a payment arrangement once you have the money in your account they will just take it that is so wrong.

I hope people don't fall prey to the belief that the IRS has no power and not to pay the IRS even if you owe back taxes you better pay up or make a payment arrangement because they will wipe out your account.
These funds were supposed to go for a deposit on a job I'm working on and they completely wiped me out.
Don't trust any bank if you can cash stuff then cash it if not then ask for payments by cash only that's the only way to get around this but they'll still go after you no matter what
