Scary! Especially when your neighbor’s dog recently died from over heating.
I was able to save her by slowly squeezing giant syringe of water. She almost died, Chip likes her and thought I was causing harm. I had the pain pen in my pocket, grabbed it, turned it on and hit the switch not knowing the back probes were in my palm.it had the desired effect, bit m hard, noise made Chip run to the garage and the dog I was trying to save got a jolt. She couldn’t drink enough water after that

How aweful would I have felt, being used to Chip being smart enough to come in to cool off and drink water?? Maggie is on the hunt for lizards and doesn’t stop and drink water or come in to cool off, after the initial scare I only let her out for 15 minutes at a tim and made her cool off for at least an hour
