Been researching gardening techniques that alleviate some of the maintenance, especially daily watering. Several methods, all involving self-wicking from the base rather than watering from the top --
š± buckets or bins inserted into wood frames with pond liner in frame base
š± trellises made from 16' long cattle panels turned on edge and looped over
š± grow bags placed in simple ground frame lined w/ pond liner
š± grow bags in plastic kiddie pools, w/ holes drilled 2.5-3" from bottom for excess water; for easy access, pools containing low growing plants can be placed on wire spools turned on edge.
š± Greenhouse can be framed around any of them, either wood or polytunnel.
I've saved so many ideas, most from other people; if you want any of them let me know.
