I canned 24 quarts of tomatoes, 26 jars of jam and I have blueberries still to can.....and the kids love sweet corn....I be a tried pioneer.....
This Wicking Method is
allowing us to take a quick break,
not to worry about the
extreme heat,
while camping in a
Beautiful National Park.
Planted both
determinate and indeterminate tomatoes
for the purpose of canning…..

Tomatoes. squash, melon, are easiest at first, I have fruit trees around me so I get my fruit from local trees.....Oh, the berries are easy give a lot of fruit.....Your hubby built u some beautiful gardens....Apricot and cherries were so good this year....I love to can....send me your address )private) and I will send u some canned stuff....Have fun....
