There is no fucking way you roll out a cyber security update worldwide. You do it regionally.
This was on purpose.
I’m in Canada and only had minor disruption - example - today is payday for many people but our wages were finally deposited before noon.
I went to a supposed “down” bank but was able to withdraw cash.
Went to two retailers and was able to use my debit card.
