I have a theory after seeing the Military on the roof after the Event
Trump knew it was setup
Trump being Trump said "Let`s play it out and catch them at it "!
Trump played along knowing the Military had his back
But it went Fubar as they miscalculated the third Shooter on the Water Tower !
That`s why some things are not adding up
Vincent Fusca bemused knowing they had Military back up couldn`t understand
