First batch...of pickled okra. Got a crate to go. Not stopping til it is empty. I can fit seven 12oz in this canner at a time. I am HOOKED on canning.

I've been canning dilly beans. Started fermenting this year and made saurkraut. Now I need to taste it.

I bet it is so good! I def wanna make sauerkraut.
