First batch...of pickled okra. Got a crate to go. Not stopping til it is empty. I can fit seven 12oz in this canner at a time. I am HOOKED on canning.

Beautiful sounds of lids popping. In my element. I can't just lay around, I gotta be productive.
Doing the rest of these pickled okra in quarts. I think I have enough for 4, pressure canning them...Could eat those like popcorn. THAT looks great!
