Think about the Supreme Court ruling that "exonerated" Trump.
It would also exonerate Nixon for Watergate as that was an official Presidential Act.
It would exonerate Clinton for sex with Monica because a President having sex is an official act of the President. In other words, you do not become un-President, while in office... A President is a President for 4 years and all his actions after being sworn in are Presidential. Get it?
