Harris was raised in Canada. Her mother couldnāt even have become a naturalized citizen before she was 16. Being born with dual citizenship, India and Jamaica. She couldnāt become naturalized under her mother because she aged out. So, just when did she renounce her citizenship elsewhere and swear an oath to the US?
