Many Americans are not aware, but you actually can buy your meat directly from small, local Farmers & Ranchers today. This can be done by getting to know your Farmer or Rancher and purchasing "a portion" of the animal, working direct with them and their local meat processor - who they all have. "A Portion" means like 1/8th, 1/4, 1/2 or Whole or whatever fraction. Then you can really know where your meat comes from direct from THE SOURCE who you have taken the time to meet, hopefully question, and even 👀 how they raise & care for their animals. I suggest minimum GRASS FED and even better ORGANIC PASTURE RAISED. No growth hormones or antibiotics, no GMO feeds is BEST.
Fill your freezer with meat from a local source that you get to KNOW, not something processed overseas (like in China 😱) or packed in Carbon Monoxide to hide it's spoilage!
