The picture was removed faster than an igniting hot dog after followers on X saw that he had slapped a piece of cheese onto a raw burger.

Actually that one looks like it has already been cooked it's puffed up without the sharp edges on it and if you look closely under the cheese there are grill marks so it's not completely raw. Maybe rare at best but it's still going to be cooked on the other side for who knows how long?
