Only recently discovered that conscious breathing technique can w/in seconds change ones perspective. We were taught nothing of value. Nothing.
Barry 🌟 My spiritual practice is breathing, my heartbeat is the Schumann Resonance with Mother Earth.
There is a great breathing exercise, where you say, I am my breaths. I am on the inhale. My breath on the exhale. I am on the inhale (silently).
So, when your take your last breath, you will be able to ride your breath, your spirit ...like the wind.
