This is just one article from the link showing what they claim is a massacre but if you look closely at the picture you can see people sitting up or trying to get up. They are all gathered around the shade of a tree and to me it would be to rest in the shade on a hot day. As the sun casts a shadow of the tree it would move across the ground in a short period of time that a large portion of them would have been in the Sun if a massacre had taken place and the picture was taken shortly after but I find it very odd that they are all pretty much lined up perfectly in the shade of the tree.
