Suffering some serious lower back issues...bulging disc ....very painful and lots of spasms. I would appreciate any advice and or any healing prayers!
I recently had severe back problems could hardly stand. I called the GP & she had me go to a pain specialist. I got about 15 shots in my back. It’s the only way I could walk again. Besides that gabapentin, oxy. & muscle relaxers. Best of luck sending prayers.
