Why does it take such a long time for Congress to either pass or not on a bill that is being considered? Employers would never allow their employees to bounce back and forth a piece of material like a basketball. When Congress takes a bill for action, why not JUST vote for or against it? Same with the Senate. We the people are the EMPLOYERS of these seats of Congress. They should be reporting to US. It is simple - vote either Yea or Nay (yes or no). That vote should be final.
