I’ve switched to Celtic, such a difference in taste & added benefits of needed minerals

Hmmm quarter to? I’ve heard to use a large grain every day. I typically just put my finger on top and pick up several grains that stick to it and let those dissolve. Am I not doing enough? Also, I’m not a salt person. I only add it to eggs and potatoes. And I’ve never really worried about iodine. I think I may actually be allergic. My roommate made Chex mix at Christmas. It was so salty it’s all I tasted. My mouth, tongue and lips swelled and felt extremely bloated. That’s happened a couple other times with way too salty food. Have had no allergic reaction to the few grains of Celtic though.

I’ve noticed you do not have to use as much Celtic salt vs table salt! I’ve heard to put a few grains, like you are doing in your mouth, & feel that is sufficient to get the trace minerals!
I tend to use it as a finishing salt after I’ve finished preparing the food, not during the cooking process!
When I first got it, I treated it like table salt & everything was too salty!
I also use it at nite by putting about 1/8 teaspoon in a small cup & swish my mouth out prior to going to bed!
It helps my gums & it cleans out any debris or bacteria prior to going to sleep!
I do love the taste vs table salt & really have eliminated table salt completely! A little Celtic goes a long way so a few grains sprinkled after cooking is my preferred method!
Thanks for your comments😘😍

So do you supplement with iodine, since you cut it from your diet? Iodine had been added to table salt to stem many health problems.
