Yes, there are many Soul-less humanoids on Earth, I have many of them living around me, placed there by Team Dark to try to control and annoy me.
I also know Souls are highly sought after, some Demons even eat souls.
But I don't know why you would stuff a Soul into a Clone? Is it for safe keeping until you want to use it?

I believe humans with souls are truthful, kind, and compassionate, especially to children and animals. Beings who lack souls must account for the large numbers of psychopaths, sociopaths, and narcissists among us, predators without a conscience who are cruel, abusive, and violent.
