The BAR and I, how we dance. They drew blood and hide their false attack. 7 hours after fully paying a water meter bill specifically and cutting their lock off a shutoff valve they had no right to have locked = me somehow tampering with a meter and stealing water... after paying cash money for the house the meter is attached to and never bypassing any metering device they installed, all within the first month, bless their hearts. All that Southern Grace and charm didn't even warrant a phone call from the city prior to shut off. Since then the harassment has been epic, off the charts actually, even despite my Jewish and former State of SC Employee mother...
