Re-read this Martin. Unable to properly research the account as am still banned & "limited", but so far have decided your summary falls into all 7 of your categories plus a few (partial) truths.
It seems to highlight the possible actions to be undertaken in satisfying all the different views of what needs to be done for things to be put right (as each faction sees it). Hence quite contradictory in parts. Certainly impossible to fulfil!
