Osho died very young but his wisdom lives on, it has been altered to hide his original message, which is not hard to do considering his way of playing... Often he would criticize Buddha & then the next month he would praise Buddha, then he would criticize Jesus & the next talk he would praise Jesus. One day God existed and the next day he would say there is no God. Those in the mind discarded him as a fraud, and those in the heart recognized he was hitting hard on attachments, false worship and the whole idea of religion as something outside of the self.
This freed him from followers reluctant to move out of the mind into the heart. 💓
