Ted & I were just saying last night that we don't trust hardly any food we buy except for at the farmer's markets and even then do we know what sort of fertilizers and such they use? We really only trust what we grow ourselves now and thankfully, we have a large garden.
We still have some beans, peppers, tomatillos and okra frozen from last year and still have about 10 jars of tomatoes we canned.
Thank GOD both sets of my grandparents were amazing farmers that I learned how to do this from...

Whether vegetarian or not, everyone has to research thoroughly what they are eating and do their best to avoid manufactured/poisoned foods which ARE NOT FOOD. Some "organic" food companies are Cabal-owned. Definitely helps to shop small & also local producers & avoid big names. Organic everything including body products. What we can't grow ourselves, try Farmer's Markets - GET TO KNOW YOUR LOCAL FARMERS & RANCHERS if you can.
You can purchase organic meat directly from your farmer or rancher, so get to know them. Folks can purchase a "portion" of the animal whether 1/8th, 1/4th, 1/2 or Whole for example, then have it locally processed into the cuts you like. Fill your freezer. That decentralizes supply & insures better food security. There are farmers & ranchers that grass feed their animals in happy, healthy pastures & who do not to contaminate their animals with hormones, antibiotics or WORSE.
Some say "organic is expensive" but it's cheaper than them hospital visits, I say.
