Fellow dork here. I got a grinder to make my own whole grain bread and was doing the happy dance.
WHAT! Now I gotta find out about that. THAT is the cool part of life. Always something new to learn. SUPER COOL! Hope you post some pics.

It can be operated two ways - manually (in case of disaster and no electricity) or with an optional electric powered motor. It's slow to grind - figure about five minutes per cup of grain - but it's super cool!
