I have learned that I don't need to describe the world as if I am some all-knowing savant; all I have to do is capture how I (and those like me) are relating to the world as we can make sense of it. That's achievable and honest. "I picked up these shiny objects and assembled them into this picture" is a truth on its own. Whether that picture resembles anything in the known world is another matter entirely.
