EOs are either renewed or eliminated by a new EO or expiration.
Contrary to Ariels assumption or personal opinion, EO 13303 has nothing to do with the coming revaluation of Global currencies!
Further, as I'm sure you know,
ALL currencies will be backed by assets and be revalued at the same time.
